POSSIBILITIES IN PRACTICE
The opportunity
Useful knowledge can be spread across documents, guides, and frequently updated pages. A fluent answer is only valuable when the reader can establish where it came from and whether it applies to their question.
The proposed approach
This concept uses retrieval from permission-aware document collections. Responses include source references, make uncertainty explicit, and direct users to the relevant owner when the available material does not support an answer.
Designed to enable
The intended experience helps colleagues locate relevant guidance and inspect the evidence behind an answer. A pilot would evaluate source relevance, answer support, document freshness, and access boundary enforcement.
- Answers with inspectable references
- Document access boundaries
- Clear handling of unanswered questions
This is a concept study. The capabilities described are intended design goals, subject to prototyping, evaluation, and project-specific requirements.
